You know...that weird feeling when you drink a coke and it's like "ZING!".

I don't know how else to describe it.

^ I think it is refreshing in the proper ammount. I like to have my Coke sit sometimes to reduce the carbonation.

Mountain Dew is at a perfect level of carbonation though, so I often choose it instead when I don't feel like swallowing thousands of tiny bombs.

I let my drinks go a little flat before really enjoying them. It's part of why I like post-mix/fountain sodas better.

I do, though, like the fizzy feeling. It's the next best part of the soda, next to the taste. However, I only like to drink soda when it's cold enough to give my hand frostbite from holding the bottle too long.

The only flavor that always loses its taste flat is cola. Any other flavor you've had that lost its taste flat, you can find a different brand that doesn't do that.
