Facebook?

So, I decided to take the plunge into making a public writerly Facebook account. Which made me start wondering how many VGFers are actually ON Facebook. I'm pretty sure there was a VGF group made at some point (and I could probably find it if I weren't being super lazy right now

).

Are you on Facebook?
Do you use it, or did you register and forget it?
Do you Friend everyone you've ever met, or just close friends and relatives?
Are you using a super secret alias on Facebook? (I won't tell!)

I wouldn't say I like Facebook too much, but it has its uses. And I'm doing the "right thing" by being accessible online as a writer. XD Anyone who wants to Friend my new account is welcome to, and I'll Friend you back. 'Cause we're VGF, and we're awesome like that.

I'm on facebook and I use it mostly to communicate with people I know a long distance away and also just to see what people are up to.

I'm not addicted but I do enjoy it and use it quite often.

in actuality i havent touched facebook in forever, it reminds me that i dont talk to my old friends that much

I'm usually on there most night, I have a twitter account too. Both get spammed by bad jokes, and general weirdness.

I've found Facebook is an awesome tool, especially over the summer and keeping in touch with friends that have graduated. My family also uses it quite a bit since we're ridiculously spread out.

Facebook's a great tool for those 'kinda' friends. Those friends you don't see often that would otherwise drift away. And then you find out they're getting married and it makes you feel like you're losing at life.

Maybe that's just me.

I used to have a Facebook account, but all I got done was collecting game requests from relatives I barely remember.

I use it as a tool to remmeber birthdays, as im one of 21 cousins on my fathers side and about 9 on my moms side there is a couple of persons to remeber, along with my fathers cousins and aunt's and so on and so on.
