Personally I've always been a huge fan of cranberry relish. Jellied cranberries blow chunks, but cranberry relish, with some oranges in there for good measure, is just absolutely delicious. |

I don't know who all took some turkey on Thanksgiving night, but I ended up feasting on cold leftovers the next morning. It was pretty good. ![]() |

That's because not soon after, the Doomfrost secures its tendrils in our soil, shattering bone and freezing the air solid. We give thanks that our lodges are secure against the elements, and accessible only by an underwater passage. I didn't do any turkey-related events, though we do have a turkey in our freezer, because, well, it was on sale. |

My uncle did one in the smoker and a more traditional one in the oven. Both were very tasty. My favourite dishes are always the variegated vegetable casseroles. Like, anything with the crunchy onions or corn flakes on top---I love that stuff. I made a couple really nice apple-y pies for the family beast feast. Made them totally from scratch, out of actual fruits and ingredients and such (and love). Only half of one got eaten---ended up giving the rest to my cousins to eat up last weekend at the deer shack. I mean, they were good, but I don't really eat pie. I don't know. Don't know what the most underrated side is, but I think the most overrated one is stuffing. Doesn't do anything for me. |
