And some of the questions too. Number 8, depends on the particular aspect of light you're talking about. Number 13, A pathogen is a disease causing contagion. Those don't all have to be micro organisims. Some of them aren't. Not all microorganisms are pathogens, which their wording somewhat implies. For that matter, a virus isn't even an organisim under most definitions. 15 is obviously just an attempt to confuse people that don't know Pluto was reclassified. 17 is worded incorrectly. It's currently estimated that sunlight spends years trapped within the sun's core, ping-ponging through the super-dense plasma and gasses before it finally escapes to the surface. They should have asked how long it takes light to travel between the distance between the Earth and the sun. Finally, I just don't like 20 because it refers to an obscure nickname that not even accurate and holds no scientific value. It's just pointless trivia they tried to trip people up with, and I'd argue it shouldn't even be taught anymore to begin with, since it can cause misconceptions. |

Guessed on 1, 5, 9, & 14. Props for having Bunsen, Forrester, & Szalinski as choices. And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!" |
