List of good free MMORPGS for people

1. Runescape (pay if you want access to the entire world)
2. Guild Wars (after you buy the game and if you want the expansion packs buy those too or as a stand-alone.)
3. Maple Story (only pay thing about that is if you want items that mask over your equipment...but you don't need too and doing so doesn't give you anything special....it just gives a unique look.)
4. RAN Online (you can pay to get double EXP items or other stuff like that...otherwise the game is free)
5. Survival Project (fun free mmo...unique concept and stuff....you can pay to get certain powerups such as premiums or 2x experience rooms or gold cards to power up your black ones)
6. Goonzu ( Wierd korean mmorpg...it requires patience but it's worth it..pretty soon they'll open up an item shop for pay items)
7. Monster & Me (perhaps the sweetest mmorpg ever created....it used to be pay but is now COMPLETELY FREE!)
8. FLYFF ( It is free to play yet if you want items to mask over your equipment you can pay to get them....this game oddly reminds me of ROSE Online)

Planeshift Crystal Blue Alpha Testing
This is a pretty good game so far, great graphics for a free game, lots of races, but can be irritating when you die, because you go to the "Death Realm" and you have to find your way outta it. :P

this is an awesome game, a bit gender based on the classes, but still good. The customer support is crap however.

yea, free runscape is great as far as free mmorpgs go. im a member in it now though.

I wish I could be a member in Runescape...all the other MMORPGs suck and are too big downloads for me (at 4KBS, anything is big) and some have monthly fees. Another factor too look at is graphics. I can run 3D (like AoM or Conquer online) with no problems, but others (Rakion Online) simply don't work at all. I have the latest drivers and everything. With Runescape I don't have to worry about any of this. But After having completed all free quests, I see no reason to go back without any incentive.

I used to play Achaea. Great game, I'd recommend it for anyone who has a fair amount of time.

I used to play Ultimate Destiny, its a great game, yall should play it. Only thing I have against it, is that it's way to hard to set up, but when you got it set up, everything is pretty easy.
