So, I go to the local mall, which is in a very white area, and NO ONE'S going to see Soul Plane. I go to a place with 90% black people, and every single showing is sold out. Even though the movie looks like crap. I mean, come on. "Soul Plane"?

Most people make a few preliminary judgements when they see the trailers from a movie, or what they hear about it. This is a good idea for obvious reasons. I can see right away, for example, that this movie has a terrible, terrible premise. So my judgement, based on the trailer, is all I plan to make.

We left halfway through and watched the rest of "Along Came polly" or somethin' with that ferrit

... On the note of terrible movies, Anchorman with Will Ferrell looks like utter crap.

It could go either way, I think. That's what comedies have been doing lately. Especially those starring any of the following actors: Will Ferrell, Vince Vaugn, Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson.

Case in point:
Old School - crap (although I'm the only one who seems to think this)
Starsky and Hutch - hilarious
Dodgeball - crap, but not nearly as bad as Old School
Anchorman- too soon to tell, although "You know I don't speak Spanish!" in response to the dog isn't going to be funny by the time I see the flick.

Well, Dodgeball's got Stephen Root in it, so it automatically can't be horrible.
Anchorman looks pretty good; they just need to avoid killing it by overpromotion.

AS far as the plot goes, I'm not sure,
All I remember is, Kevin hart has some problems with some airline, and they won't refund, so he creates his own
Besides that, all the other crap has nothing to do wiht it..
