I agree with whoever said that the first one is overrated. When it was released everyone was too busy drooling over the CG effects to notice that the Green Goblin is one of the worst bad guys ever.

Now that Hollywood has CG effects dripping from every pore however, everyone will be expecting more than just a realistic swinging spidey. I know I will, and I hope I'm not disappointed.

The Green Goblin is an awesome villain. The movie just gave him an incredibly retarded costume. He looked like a Power Rangers villain or something!

This one looks good. I hope the Venom is the villain of the 3rd film..

Well, Power Rangers villans looked bad because they were supposed to be "real" monsters (although I always though Zedd's costume was excellent).
In the movie, Green Goblin is meant to look like a guy in a suit, because the character is a guy in a suit.

I didn't have any problem with the Green Goblin's costume. And besides, it's made after a comic book, it's not supposed to be beleiveable.
