On October 1, 2004, 106th and Park BET's Top 10 Live Show will be airing it's 1000th episode (Going to 4th Season), a great achivement for any show.

What are the longest running shows you can think of? Did they deserve that long of a run IYO?

EDIT: Whatthe hell is an epidose

The absolute longest running shows I can think of...are news shows.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

It's supposed to be a 2-hour special, airing from 6/5CT to 8/7 CT
With many guests.

Soaps suck, but guiding light has been on since the days of radio, so it probably has several thousand episodes. But that doesn't count cause... soaps suck.

Other than that, SNL is probably the longest running show I know of.

106 and Park has been running awhile. I remember watching it every day during the summer a few years back. Good times.
