The lastest film by Martin Scorsese openned today in Limited Release (it opens wide next), and I managed to see it at the only theatre in Toronto playing it.

First of all, if you don't like 3 hour movies DON'T see this movie.

Second, it's a really good movie. It starts off a little slow, but it really picks up around the second half of the movie (when things start going wrong for Howard Hughes).

I still don't know if it will win, but this is a definite best picture nominee.
