Lionel Hutz was amazing.

"Yeah, but replace "kinda" with "repeatedly", and "dog" with "son"..."

Yeah, it was sad to see Phil Hartman go. Especially the way he went

His wife shot him in his sleep, then took herself out an hour or two later.

And remember, "The Real Deal with Bill McNeil!"

Good thing, too -- I'd a hunted her down and thrown her into a jet turbine.

I don't watch the new episodes of the Simpsons. They just kept getting less and less funny until they became literally painful to watch, so I stopped watching.

The guy who played Lionel Hutz, that attourney the Simpsons were always hiring. He was a dirtbag (Hutz, not Hartman), but he was overall funnier than Homer.

Strangely, if you look in those books with the information on the Simpsons episodes, Phil Hartman is not listed in that "Who Plays Who" page. You have to look up those bios of Lionel Hutz/Monorail dude/Conover and it'll have "Guest Starring: Phil Hartman as voice of so-and-so" at the bottom.

He also played Troy McLure, and he did some occasional characters like Bill Clinton.

They actually showed Marvin Monroe's tombstone in an episode, i forget which. It's shaped like a couch.

Aye. But there was a newer episode where Marvin showed up out of nowhere. Marge says she thought he was dead, he proclaims that he's just been very sick.

Monroe's Tombstone was in the episode where Maud died. Along with the tombstones of Bleeding Gums Murphy, Frank Grimes and Grampa's Girlfriend (the tombstone also says her name, but it slipped my mind).

Didn't Lisa's music teacher also die?

They're also turning to resurrecting dead characters? Wow.

I don't recall anything about the music teacher, but I haven't been up to date with the Simpsons ever since that damn dying cats episode.

I hated that episode. Wasn't that the episode that was nominated or won awards?

Speaking of odd forgotten characters, whatever happened to Lester and Eliza, the Bart and Lisa look-a-likes?

Sunday's wasn't horrible. The health inspector still there a week later was kinda funny and there was a couple other moments but overall it wasn't very good.
