I may be weird, but I liked the first act the best. During the whole T. Rex scene a little voice in my head started asking, "Why would a T. Rex who just ate a large meal be willing to fight King Kong for a bony woman that would have smelled weird to it?"

So, with that stupid little voice ticking me off, I couldn't enjoy the rest of the movie as much.

Still awesome, though.

^Because T-rexs are dumb.

And there was three T-rexs, as well, not just one. So it probably was a different T-Rex, rather than the one that ate the other lizard.

Judging by the scattered kong bones everywhere, I'm guessing there's been a lot of animosity between Kongs and Rexes on that island. *shrug*
