The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.

Pretty sure everyone's heard of it. Seen an ad for it in War of the Worlds, and I know a few people here have seen WOTW.
Opinions.

I liked that installment, but then I heard the entire story of the Chronicles of Narnia, and realized how ultimately dumb & pointless it was.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

I never got into those books... the impression I got from what I read was Lord of the Rings for kids. With animals.

Loved the books when I was a kid, but the trailer is giving me a bad vibe. Little things like the light coming from the wardrobe. It's not suposed appear outwardly magical; its more something you stumble into unawares.

Things like this LOTR overly dramatic epic music also have me worried. Narnia is epic, but not in the way LOTR is epic. I just got a "this doesn't feel like Narnia" vibe. I'll see it of course, but I have a feeling they'll miss the mark by trying to hit LOTR's target.
