The Exorcism of Emily Rose I think this film is counting of many fans of The Exorcist to attend (heck, the logo is very similar to the one for Exorcist the Beginning). Basically the plots seems to be based on the 'ol Science vs Religion arguement. Also, this movie was based on a real exocism, of a German girl named Anneliese Michel, in the 70s. I think officially, it turned out to be a misdiagnosed case of epilepsy and the parents of Michel and the preist doing the exorcism were jailed for manslaughter (Michel starved to death during the exorcism). Trailer looks creapy though. http://www.apple.com/trailers/sony_p...smofemilyrose/ Walk the Line A biopic on Johnny Cash. The posters looks VERY similar to one for Ray (silhouetted image of the person). I'm surprised they didn't call this movie CASH (maybe people would think that it was about money). http://www.apple.com/trailers/fox/walk_the_line/ Saw II What? They didn't go with "Saws"? Apparently this will be more of the sadistic horror of the first film (if you like that kind of thing) http://www.apple.com/trailers/lions_gate/saw_2/ Fun with Richard (darn censor) & Jane Jim Carrey is back in goofball mode as an average joe, who, with his wife (played by Tea Leoni), moonlights as a criminal. Looks funny. http://www.apple.com/trailers/sony_p...thdickandjane/ |

I'll probably check it out. I hadn't heard of that new Jim Carrey film before, but it looks pretty funny. Jim Carrey is one of my favourite actors, so I'll be sure to check it out. |
