They were Revenge of the Sith which I thought was mediocre at best, and March of the Penguins which I liked but wouldn't go around recommending everybody go see (I'm a huge fan of penguins, so it scores brownie points there). I think the best movie I saw this year from any year was The Matrix. ![]() Where are these lemmings going? The Super Nintendo Super Shire! Hop in line and follow them there! |

I will now read the other posts to see which ones I forgot. EDIT: forgot about the Tim Burton films: Charlie & The Chocolate Factory and Corpse Bride, which I both really liked. SWELL--'Sin City', 'Brothers Grimm', 'Serenity', 'Batman Begins', 'Kung-Fu Hustle', 'Great Raid', 'Steamboy', 'Wedding Crashers' EHHH--'Kingdom of Heaven', 'Dukes of Hazzard', 'Corpse Bride' CRAP--'War of the Worlds', 'Fantastic Four', 'Constantine', 'Star Wars Ep. III' I missed a quite a few movies I wanted to see (most notably 'The Weatherman' and 'Transporter 2'); but, on the other hand, I wasn't coerced into seeing the new Harry Potter this year, so I guess everything sort of evened out. |
