The VGF Trailer Park

This is a topic I plan to use for posting all the online movie trailers that show up every week. For simplicity, I will only link to trailers that are posted at Apple.com, but I may occasionally also link to a trailer from Yahoo Movie.

So, here are the new trailers of interest that popped up since last Monday.

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The beginning
All I would say is good luck even seeing the trailer, since it's only available late at night (see topic for info)

Garfield: A Tale of Two Kitties
Clearly this film is aimed at a young crowd. However, it's "Prince and the Pauper" storyline seems like a step up from the first film.

The Wicker Man
Say it together now: "Another Remake?" (though to be honest, I don't know anything about the original other than the name -- which is how I knew it was a remake)

My Super Ex-Girlfriend
I found this trailer quite funny when I saw it theatres a few weeks ago. Not sure if I'll see the film though.

Ratatouille
I have one thing to say about Pixar's next film (which was going to be their first post-Disney film before they were purchased by them): it sure does look better than Cars (which I'm probably going to skip in theatres).

Pulse
Another Japanese remake. I don't know if it's just the trailer, but it looks more cheesy than scary (definitely no Ring or Grudge). BTW, if you get nothing but a black screen when you click the link. Click here and take the extra time to download the HD version of the trailer.

That's all I will post more trailers as they become available. You call also check out all recent trailers at http://www.apple.com/trailers/

EDIT: Feel free to post your own trailer links

Some new, old, trailers over at the Apple site

You, Me, and Dupree
The teaser trailer was hit or miss, however the full trailer is quite funny. I probably will check this one out.

Casino Royale
You know I've been to used to Pierce Bronan to really get used to Daniel Craig as James Bond. This movie is definitely a wait and see.

EDIT: Here are some trailers from Yahoo! Movies.

The Holiday
I have one question to ask about this movie: Whose bright idea was it to cast Jack Black in a romantic comedy (especially that doesn't have a gimmick like Shallow Hal)?

Scoop
I have yet to see one of Woody Allen's films (though I got close with Match Point -- which I still may rent). However, the trailer for his latest (in which he goes back to the quirky comedies he's known for) has given me a chuckle.

The Trailers just keep on coming.

Charlotte's Web
I loved the 1973 animated version. Does anyone else think this live action version looks like Babe? Also, I think Dakota Fanning is WAY overused.

The Assassination of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford
That title need to be shortened. The film looks OK though.
