Very strange, great plot. Note - the constant shifting digital effects made me unused to standard visual perception, and I just felt a bit like I was drunk after the movie. |

Dick about a world in the near-future that has seemed to have lost the war on drugs. It is notable for the fact that it was made using rotoscoping (that is, it was first filmed in live action then animated over). This allowed for some weird visuals that would have been next to impossible for a live-action film (or at the very least, would have required a whole lot of CGI). |
