Rather ironic. But I imagine that's how he wanted to die.

Man, the only thing I could've pictured him dying from would be old age.

But then again, that dude was kinda crazy.

I just read this and I was quite shocked. I liked his enthusiasm, and he really knew quite a lot about animals: he was not just some whacky guy who wrestled with crocodiles.

And PZoH, of course that's not how he wanted to die. He loved animals, but that doesn't mean he wanted to be killed by one

I just got this sick feeling that people are going to go around saying he got what was coming to him after that Baby Bob incident. Like, when Brandon Lee got killed by a faulty prop pistol on the set of The Crow, people were saying "Well, he deserved it after agreeing to make that remark about Lundgren's penis in Showdown in Little Tokyo".

Where are these lemmings going? The Super Nintendo Super Shire! Hop in line and follow them there!

But yeah, it is sad. -CSM

I think he's one of the few celebrities that I actually am sad that he died. He seemed like a really good person.

I always thought it would be something with teeth that would get him.

This really seems to be one of those few times where people actually care. The only other celebrities I've seen like this are Ray Charles and Frank Sinatra. -CSM

I wasn't too upset over Sinatra. Dean Martin was better.

I always thought that if any animal killed him it would be a dangerous one, not an animal that is usually not dangerous at all. (I think there are only three incidents on record of a stingray killing someone).

^ Actually it's 3 in Australia. It's 17 worldwide.

Still, it's not common.
