Spartacus was on TV this afternoon, so I took a break from Alien films and watched that one instead. I was really impressed.

Do yourself a favor and don't. You're pushing it with 3.

I actually thought 3 was not nearly as bad as I expected it to be. I had read that only the first two are good, but I also found 3 quite good. Resurrection was awful, though. I can't see how both 3 and 4 score around a 6 on IMDb. I would probably give 3 a 7 and Resurrection no more than a 4.

I also watched Children of Men today, which was good, but not as good as I expected.

In the Mood for Love
Wong Kar Wai is a genius. The visual style of this movie is very original. Of course, the acting jobs from Maggie Cheung and Tony Leung were tremendous, as one would expect. The hard part for me will be narrowing the movie down to a single scene to write about for my film studies class.

Citizen Kane
I already knew the end, thanks to an episode of Ghostbusters I remembered as a child. Still, the cinematography was great. Learning how much of it was done made me appreciate it even more.

TV Show: currently watching Deal or no Deal (is it just me or do they seem to get the biggest dorks, geeks, and nerds in the world on shows like that?)

I'm really getting sick of writing mini-reviews down here, so I think I'll stop. It's not like anyone ever reads them anyways. Except like 2 people and an elk.
