All hail House it is my favorite drama watch it every Tuesday and Grey's Anatomy is really good too. Why are they so good?

I don't normally watch Grey's Anatomy, but sometimes when my mom watches it, I catch it, and as much as I hate to admit it, I actually quite enjoy it.
