Seeing as I'm the only one here who enjoys the movies, I figgered I'd post this. First, some questions... 1) The tagline? *waits for it* 2) How does LGF plan on continuing the series with Jigsaw dead? We're in for at least six Saws, comrades. What's gonna happen? Here's some **** I found, read it, bitch. Quote:

| Super Bodyguard & King of the Arcade | Eh, they're ok. I generally don't like movies where the acting has to be over the top for an hour and a half. |

I'd like to see what happens to the characters in this next installment. There's a lot of unanswered questions, i.e. Jigsaw's ex-wife, Obi's connections to Jigsaw, the tape Jigsaw poured wax over at the end of Saw 3, what the hell happens to Jeff (from Saw 3). Woot. |

I believe that one introduced something new, however I believe the concern of all the sequels (and other "torture porn" films) is find bigger and gorier ways to kill people. This Halloween, I will instead be seeing two films: Trick 'r Treat (opening October 5) and 30 Days of Night (Opening October 19). You can see trailers for both on YouTube. |

Gender: Posts: 13,001 Thanks: 788 Thanked 1,342 Times in 665 Posts | Alright, you heard it from me first. I just finished watching the movie in the theater, and here's my disection: Basically, it's like the last two movies, in that it's an obvious stepping stone into the inevitable sequels (we've got at least two more coming, people). The movie was rather difficult to follow at points (like the other Saw movies), and was mainly a plot-development chapter filled with blood and guts. It also featured the customary Saw "Holy Crap, I Didn't See That Coming" ending. I was surprised. So, unless you're following the Saw storyline, or you really like the gore in your movies, I wouldn't recommend this. Rent it when it comes out on DVD if you want to see it. A few things bothered me, though... (don't read further unless you've seen the movie or if you don't give a ****) How were the detectives able to race around town to all the different crime scenes, examine them, and then fly back to PD to do it again in under 90 minutes? How was John able to sedate a fully-grown man (as discreet as it was) in the middle of a huge crowd, and then carry him out? If John Kramer's body was being disected at the beginning of the movie, why was it present in his room (from Saw III) at the end of the movie? (This can probably be explained, though, perhaps the autopsy occurred after the events of the movie.) That's my thoughts. |

I love all the saw films, and this was no exception, Saw IV was amazing! and I think I can answer your question Val. all of saw IV except for the autopsy and the last bit before the credits take place simultaniously during the events of saw III |

Excellent, it just got me more than anything else in the movie. It shows what kind of hell he must have gone through for the six months he was missing. |
