Unexpected Moments in movies - VGF

Don'tcha just love it when a plot takes an awesome twist for the best? I started thinking about really cool plot twists in my favourite movies today after watching the part in Finding Nemo Spoiler Below

where the protagonists end up in the mouth of a whale.

Well...I guess plot twist, there, isn't exactly the right word -- "Unexpected moments" is a bit more like it. Wanna list your favourite shocking moments in film?

when jack is about eat the peanut and he gets shot by himself. This is more awesome than unexpected, but when the Black Pearl comes over the sand dune.

Oldboy. If you've seen it, you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't seen it, you deserve to suffocate.

Also, I dislike movies where the whole enjoyment of the film is based around a twist at the end. *coughshyamalancough*

Most modern was the scene after the credits of Iron Man. I was expecting it eventually, but not in Iron Man.

If there were any justice in the world, I'd have the ability to thank Bomby at least twice for the above post.

I remember being mega surprised by the plot twist/unexpected moment/whatevernot in 'Hot Fuzz'. And I liked the big fake-out at the end of 'Super Troopers', too.

Gladiator - when Maximus is stabbed. Phoenix has never played a character that I dispised so much as that emperor.
