Disney paid johnny depp 55.8 million dollars in advance to reprise his role as captain, jack sparrow.
He's also playing tonto pretty soon.
So we'll be able to call him tonto scissorhands...Captain,tonto scissorhands.[Not my joke]

Anyone have any other news?
I'm searching around now.
Soooo yeah.

^ they may just stay with jack and introduce new characters while just picking up where they left off.Unlikely,but you know how disney can be sometimes.

Why the hell do they always have to milk these series for all they got?

I don't like this series, but I didn't mind when there was only one.

And of course, based off the popularity, they'd make a sequel...

I actually am looking forward to the fourth =/ I'm sickly addicted to anything Pirates, and not just "disney" pirates... pirates period so *shrugs*

Also, Johnny is starring in alice in wonderland and sin city 3

They were always supposed to be a trilogy, if I remember correctly.

And I've been expecting a fourth for some time now. Both from Disney's penchant for sequels (STOP MAKING ****ING HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL IT WAS BAD ENOUGH WITH THE FIRST MOVIE) and the "cliffhanger" of sorts at the end of 3.
