The Queen one, I got ages ago.
Weird Al one, I got my Dad to bid on a load of Weird Al stuff on Ebay, I didn't realise that, that one was a single.

I've still got to get around to putting all singles on to the computer, so I can burn a couple of Albums.

Singles used to be pretty cool. You could get the radio version, plus 9 other remixes of a favorite track if it was electronic.

They were also sort of a way of 'trying an artist out' a little while out. There was no Napster, so you could buy the Song you like plus maybe a few others from the full album on a single. The record industry is really losing money on the web moreover because people don't have to buy something they don't like. That's how cd sales managed to spike so high this time around the cycle.. The labels phased out singles.

The last thing I had in there was my mix of Queen and Eagles greatest hits. Next I'll probably put in my Cars CD.
