Midwest doesn't wanna stand up. Midwest is sick of having things thrown at its head from Coasts who don't realize that Midwest doesn't like Nelly either. Midwest is fully aware that this has nothing to do with Nelly, but Midwest also knows that Coasts use any excuse they can get to throw things at Midwest. Midwest will remain seated during any celebration it participates in.
