| Veteran Member Join Date: Sep 2000 Location: The Netherlands Gender: Posts: 17,093 Thanks: 104 Thanked 176 Times in 118 Posts | I actually made a list of bands/artists of which I have 10 songs or more on my playlist. Most of them have been artist of the week already, and I omitted those that haven't been up there yet (don't want to spoil the surprise) unless I have no intent of putting them up there (because none of you would know them). Here's the list: Queen - 196 The Alan Parsons Project - 90 David Bowie - 58 Dire Straits - 56 Supertramp - 45 Billy Joel - 41 Michael Jackson - 40 Toto - 37 Pink Floyd - 37 Led Zeppelin - 33 Cat Stevens - 28 U2 - 28 The Police - 26 Phil Collins - 26 Nirvana - 21 Deep Purple - 18 Freudiana - 18 (musical project by Alan Parsons Project songwriter/singer/keyboardist Eric Woolfson, also produced by Alan Parsons and with many frequent APP collaborators: an unoffical 11th APP album) Robbie Williams - 17 Daft Punk - 16 Klein Orkest - 16 (Dutch 80s band) Lionel Richie - 13 Orpheo - 10 (Dutch band of which the guitarist is a friend of mine. They recorded one EP and one official album) This list also kind of reflects which of these are my favourites, but it's not the case that if I have more songs of an artist I like them better. David Bowie is only that high, because I got his Platinum Collection, and the Police and Deep Purple will probably get higher in the near future. Last edited by Koga; 09-04-2006 at 05:16 PM. |
