What was the last one you went to? How was it? And so on. Personally speaking, I don't go to many, being a general cheap bastard. But last night I got the chance to see Flogging Molly at the Rave for free. I'm glad I went--they rocked so damn hard. My ears are still buzzing. Top-notch, seriously. I even enjoyed the opening acts (Zox and Bedouin Soundclash), for a wonder. __________________ Boo--the only dude bad enough to rescue the president |

| All I Ever Wanted Was To Pick Apart the Day & Put the Pieces Back Together My Way | ^ The rave kicks ass. I don't really go to concerts much, and when I do, it's never almost never national acts. The ones I like barely ever come to Wisconsin at all. Now that I'm in Milwaukee I might be able to see more, but I'll only be here for this year... hopefully. Somehow I always manage to miss the Roots and Talib Kweli when they come to town somehow. ![]() Best concert I've seen - Red Hot Chili Peppers, although Smokin' With Superman (local Madison act - disbanded) comes pretty close. I hope to see dumate (another local Madison act) in the near future, along with the Roots and/or Talib Kweli. |

I only recently got interested enough in music to buy concert tickets, and conveniently at that time Brian May and Roger Taylor started a new your with Paul Rodgers. I've been to: Queen and Paul Rodgers (twice) Toto Alan Parsons Live Project de Kast (Dutch band, and my mum's favourite) Blof (another Dutch band) I've seen several other bands and artists that are big in Holland on festivals and stuff, but the ones above are the only proper concerts I've been to. |

| JESUS SAID | I've had the honor to see the Beach Boys. I also saw John Fogerty/Willie Nelson. I tried to go to Journey, Steve Miller Band, and Queen and Paul Rogers, but they were sold out. __________________ ![]() L2R: Alex, Max, Bitch, Ethan, I'm not sure she has a name. |

Keeping eyes peeled for next time They Might Be Giants, Steve Burns, & MC Lars are in town. And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!" |

Ozfest- There were only four acts because the show was going to Wisconisn but it got cancled so they went to Kansas City which is only 2 hours from where I live. And there was this concert sponsored by Monster Energy Drinks with Fear Factory, Fozzy, Drowing Pool and a bunch of bands. It lasted all day too.I had free tickets to go to it so I went when Fozzy which was the thrid to last to play at like 10:00 with Fear Factory and Drowing Pool playing last. Well my town sucks so bad that they were expecting 15,000 people. But only around 400 bought ticktets to go see it so they didn't have enough money to pay Fear Facotry and Drowing Pool. I also listened to Lynard Skynard from my backyard once. |

My friend keeps trying to drag me out to all these screamo concerts, so I don't really count those. And I was sorely pissed when I was out of town when Flogging Molly came round. But: Trans-Siberian Orchestra (Lost Christmas Eve tour-ish) Weird Al (Poodle Hat Tour) Stomp Barrage Ozzfest '06 Ashanti, Fat Joe, Hoobastank Y Tour Lunatic Luau, "Ocho" (local concert; it picks up some really good names) Itzhak Perlman Will mostly likely be going to Godsmack next week. |
