It can be from any instrument, doesn't have to be restricted to guitar.

Mine is the one from "Hotel California" by The Eagles. I love that solo.

Too lazy to list all the ones I could come up with, but the dual trade-off soloing of Marty Friedman and Dave Mustaine in Hangar 18 is stellar. Randy Rhoads' solo in Crazy Train is also good.
