| Guest | ^ Yeah, agreed... Hm. I could probably think of songs worse (well, in my opinion I guess.) than a lot of those on the list actually... o-O; And... Quote:

Usually from elitist *******s who wish they were musicians, but lack any talent, so decide to bring down people who have some. I mean, come on. The Doors and the Beatles are among the greatest rock bands of all time - clearly this guy just hates classic rock. [ May 04, 2004, 06:38 PM: Message edited by: The Standing Man ] |

Besides, even though I'm not a huge fan of theirs, "Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da" is one of their better songs. I mean, maybe if he had picked "Wild Honey Pie" or something, then maybe. But "Ob-La-Di?" What the hell's this guy's problem? And Neko, if liking Pink Floyd, The Beatles, and God knows what other bands you hate means I have bad taste, then I'm King of the Tasteless and I'm DAMN PROUD OF IT !----------------------------------------------------------------- Quote of the week: “Rarely is the question asked: Is our children learning?” – George W. Bush ![]() Pointless fact of the week: The numbers '172' can be found on the back of the U.S. $5 dollar bill in the bushes at the base of the Lincoln Memorial. |

Worse than 'Love is a Battlefield' and 'Hotel California'. Worse than 'She's Having My Baby' or 'Copa Cabana'. Worse than 'Escape (The Pina Colada Song)' and 'Midnight at the Oasis'. Yeah, I'll buy that for a dollar. And you know...songs like 'Everybody Have Fun Tonight' and 'I'm Too Sexy' don't belong on a list of the worst songs ever, anyway. Because they're entertaining, and truly execrable songs do not entertain; they merely suck. |
