I just got into music this February, so I don't have a lot of bands to listen. Modest Mouse and Man Man are definetely my favorites among the six bands that I own records of.

Heh, Led Zeppelin is probably the loudest band I listen to (along with Deep Purple and Nirvana) and you put it under soft.

What meaning of "Heavy" are you using where Zeppelin and Metallica are so low....and Dragonforce ranks higher than either? It can't be heavy in a lyrical sense, it can't be heavy in a musical emotional sense...I don't get it.

^ I assure you it's not just the loudness, it's just what I think is heavy considering a variety of factors. Led Zeppelin are not heavy imo, well maybe if you've been living under a rock since 1980... It's hard to place Metallica because they have a few soft songs aswell as heavy. I agree Dragonforce should have been lower on that list, some of it is heavy musically, but the lyrics and the whole theme of it cancels it out I guess...
