I'm a kick person. My genre tags tend to be blurred, so I simply list my favorite genre as "experimental". I end up listening intently to one genre one day, then fallinginto another the next. So yeah, I like "music".

I generally classify myself as into various forms of Art Rock, especially Prog Rock and almost all of its forms, from Porcupine Tree to Van der Graaf Generator to the Mars Volta to Dream Theater to friggin' Genesis. Moste everything arty, including DJ Shadow and Radiohead. Lots of Radiohead. Some Alternative I've been liking lately, specifically R.E.M., Muse, and the abovementioned Radiohead. I also like a bit of funky stuff, like Primus and Parliament.

I, for one, enjoy Jazz, Ska and Latin musics.

Yeah, say what you want.

Tonight I'm totally in love with Shibuya-kei. Pizzicato Five forever!

Tomorrow I might feel like listening to indie hip hop or punk rock, the next day might feel like a good day for ye-ye or soul.

Pretty much all of the music I listen to can be summed up in one genre.

Rock N' Roll

Goofball rock.

I also enjoy most other types of rock, jazz, blues, bluegrass, classical, older & underground hip-hop, showtunes, comedy, latin, soul, folk,....

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Honestly, everything except most rap and R&B. And most country - some I can stand, but most...no.

Everything else, I'm game for.

I prefer hard rock and metal, but I'll listen to just about anything (with some exceptions, of course--if goddamn 'Hotel California' starts playing on the radio, for instance, I'm going to change the channel).

I'll willingly listen to just about anything... just not any pop since the year 2000, most country, almost all (c)rap, and any Techno remake of an original song.

I used to hate Techno altogether...

The kinds that sound good.

I don't mean to be obnoxious, but that's how I always answer that question. But if you want me to be specific, anything that sounds good besides country.

I'm a guitarist and a violinist, so you can take a wild guess. But I do love Drum and Bass as well as Techno and Reggae.

Also, I forgot to add that most modern mainstream pop and rap is poison to my soul.

My favorite style is punk, mainly MxPx.

I also listen to alternative, 80's rock, and VG music.

Some nu metal is good. Some. Other than a few select songs, the genre isn't very good.
