Needs more epic

I'm a very big fan of 'epic' style music. EG:
Mona Lisa Overdrive and Burly Brawl from the Matrix
Rob Dougan
Muse (esp. "Butterflies and Hurricanes" and "Knights of Cydonia")
Karnivool
"The Doberman" by Kasabian
"Slam" by Pendulum
My Chemical Romance "Welcome to the Black Parade" and "Mama"
subaudibleHum "Fire Out At Sea" and "Art of the State"

I really want more music with this sort of feel. Any recommendations?

The only thing I can immediately think of is more Juno Reactor (they did Mona Lisa Overdrive), and Infected Mushroom. We have their IM the Supervisor album, and that is definitely epic (though whether or not it fits into your definition of epic is another thing altogether, right? XD).

My mates band is pretty good. Not sure if it's your taste mind. The Static Murmur can be brought on iTunes, along with the song "War of the Pygmies".

I don't really know most of the songs you listed, Karg, but based on Burly Brawl (which I do know), I'm thinking you mean soaring, big-crescendo type stuff? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Aside from a lot of film scores, I'd recommend "Everything Starts at the Seam/When the Fool Becomes a King" by the Polyphonic Spree, "Porpoise Song" by the Monkees, "Mighty Little Man" by Steve Burns, & any of Weird Al's longer pieces ("Peter & the Wolf", "Biggest Ball of Twine in Minnesota", "Albuquerque", "Genius in France", "Trapped in the Drive-Thru"). That's just off the top of my head.

Oh, and "Stairway."

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Metallica had some pretty epic instrumentals back in the day. 'Orion' was awesome.

If you like Muse, Porcupine Tree is very epic.

In fact, almost all Prog is epic.

If you want a truly epic song, try Porcupine Tree's 17 minute "Anesthetize".

Big crescendo is definitely one form I'm looking for.

Anesthetize is great to play on Audiosurf. 17 minutes of continuous dodging O_o
