Does anyone still listen to MIDIs?

You remember? Those sound files you used to spam your webpages with in the late 90's?

I like them, personally. They're a small size, which is good, because I'm running

I've got about 2 hours worth of them on my playlist right now.

Eh, I don't bother listening to MIDIs when I can listen to a music file of the actual song I want - MP3s just sound better.

I remember canyon.mid. Anyone else?

I actually handled a lot of MIDI files when I was creating my RPG, since all of the music was only MIDI based. Surprisingly enough, there was still a lot of it going around.

I had an assload of Pokémon ones at one point, a Zelda one, and a few random others. Ah, EarthboundI think as well. I haven't heard a MIDI in a long time.

The only MIDI stuff I've ever liked was instrumental, which is basically all of VG Music and Jay's Ghostbusters theme that was tacked on to Mario Busters.

Ah...good times, good times.

Back when I had a really ****ty computer, I'd download MIDIs of video game music and listen to them.

It was pretty tight.

I remember our old computer had some pretty cool sounding ones. If we could get a monitor to cooperate with that old tower, we could copy stuff off of it.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

One of my college classes involved making a midi player from a box of shredder computer parts.

Ya know, I just listed to a whole bunch of K.K. Slider. Not bad.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"
