The album's not as calm as The Reminder, but it still is calm. Leisure Suite is my favorite song in this whole album, and Mushaboom is overrated in my opinion. Gatekeeper sounds like So Sorry in the beginning. Her voice is beautiful throughout the whole thing, and i'm a sucker for piano, and there's plenty in here. | AND HE PRAYS  Join Date: Jun 2005 Location: Grayskull Gender: Posts: 18,806 Thanks: 1,405 Thanked 2,250 Times in 1,338 Posts Blog Entries: 15 | Checking out the recent hypetrain bands: Girls - "Lust for Life": Gives kind of a neo-Beach Boys kinda sound (which I've been trying to find more bands of after listening to Panda Bear). A very good single that makes me hopeful for picking up Album later on. Definitely not as good as "Hellhole Ratrace", but seeing that that song is near-perfect, it's understandable. Just watch out for which version of the video you watch. one is VERY VERY VERY NSFW. 9/10 |
