Oh, good, you finally posted a song I know.

Yes, this one is great, but that's to be expected of Capcom. Very nostalgic.

"Undersea Palace" - Chrono Trigger (SNES)
Composer: Yasunori Mitsuda
Mood: Bold

The amazingly ominous theme of the Ocean Palace, and one of my favorite tracks from a game that already has a ton of great tracks.

"Simon's Theme" - Super Castlevania IV (SNES)
Composers: Masanori Adachi & Taro Kudo
Mood: Bold

The theme of the first level is groovy enough to get you pumped for kicking undead ass, as in the previous three Castlevania games.

"The Castle" - Final Fantasy VIII (PSX)
Composer: Nobuo Uematsu
Mood: Spooky

A fitting theme for Ultimecia's gargantuan castle, and one of the best final dungeon themes in the series.

"Hidden Village" - The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (GCN/Wii)

The westerny theme of the Hidden Village. Gives the perfect atmosphere for sniping Bulblins.

"Rainbow Road" - Mario Kart 64 (N64)
Composer: Kenta Nagata
Mood: Upbeat

One of the best tracks in any Kart game. Makes what would otherwise be a long, boring course one of the most memorable in the series.

Skies of Arcadia was great...I wish I could find it and play it again.

The B section that comes in at 2:03 really makes that song for me. I love the way it builds.

"Tidal Tempest Present (American)" - Sonic CD (SCD/PC)
Composers: Spencer Nilsen & David J. Young
Mood: Bold

Say what you want about the American soundtrack, it still had a few good songs. Like this one.
