NC/Mysteries Halloween Special: Ye' Ol' Taco Hut of Horror - Post Your Thoughts - VGF

I am currently making a halloween comic as a co-production of NC and Mysteries (actually it's not. I'm the only one doing it. It just will be posted on both NC and Mysteries)

I had this idea for months, however only now did I actually start anything.

The basic format will be based on the "Treehouse of Terror" episodes from The Simpsons ("Ye' Ol' Taco Hut of Horror").

Basically it will feature 3 stories, the basic plots I have already thought out.

However, I am always open to suggestions.

During the course of my making the comix, you can post your ideas and stuff.

If I like something, I will try and squeeze it in somewhere.

I´d like a parody of Treehouse of Horror IV (I think it was IV, I´m not sure), where, in every part, Groundskeeper Willie tries to save Bart, but always gets stabbed in the back with an axe.

Gore? I dunno, consult with the rest of the board. I've seen "Dead Alive", which is considered the goriest movie ever made, so I'm not offended by gore. You wanna really scare the crap out of people, though, you should have everything in Spooky Vision. Barbera Streisand is hella scary.

I like this idea. The treehouse of terror episodes are usually really funny, and the plot in the stories is never canon so that's one less thing to worry about.

I'm not sure about the gore, though. I mean, does gore ever work with a sprite comic? I guess as long as by "gore" you don't mean "the red airbrush in MS paint".

No, any Gore would be better than that.

Anyway Gore or not, I do plan for some NCs to be knocked off at one point or another.

The only one's who will be guarenteed to survive in all three stories are Bill, Fred, and Dr. Donez.

The only characters marked for a death, so far, are Bigs and Wedge. So, once again, suggestions are welcome

Ok, about Fred, Bill, and Donez always surviving?

Forget that.

Each story will focus on one of the 3 (in order: Donez, Bill, Fred)

So, only expect for the star of the story to be a guarenteed survivor.

So here is the plans for this episodes so far:
- Gore will be ON. By my plans, the first story (which I have be getting ready for all week) will be the goriest, the second story may have some gore, while the third story will have hardly any. (EDIT: And don't worry Jay, there will be a disclaimer at the start of the comic)
- Even though it's all one comic, I will put each story on separate pages.
- Like most the Simpson halloween cartoons, each story's title will be a parody of some movie title. (which is quite hard. It took me forever to find a good title for the first story)
