has anyone heard of the game streets of rage?

I've heard of it, but I've never played any of them.

I hear the 3rd one has a lot of sexual stuff in it. And I heard in the Japanese version a code allowed you to play as a gay guy.

Where are these lemmings going? The Super Nintendo Super Shire! Hop in line and follow them there!

I think I played Streets of Rage II. Does it have a really big guy named Max, an overly-sexy chick named...Electra, I think...and a really cool guy named Axl? Also, the second one had a little black kid on roller skates if I'm not mistaken.

Or maybe I'm thinking of a different game?

I played the series on an emulator. Some decent beat-'em-up action.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure now that it was the game I was talking about. Don't you pick up chicken for health and throw knifes and beat people with pipes & stuff?

That's, like, most of the beat-'em-ups out there. Anyways, yeah.

I think the big selling point for Streets of Rage was the Blaise playable character, since she was rather scantily clad and ended up flipping her miniskirt whenever she did a throw.

no you are right it the same game but the blond is Axel and the black kid on skates his name is Skate

yeah the 3rd on is a little more sexual then the first two and yes in the japanese version you can play a gay guy his name is Ash
