You know, you should always compare items to other similar items that already exist in the game and see if they're too cheap.

For example, if it boosted your speed, it should be a Level 2 Special, meaning you can get it only in 6th or lower (Same category as the Goldshrooms and Chomps).

Chompmaster. Special- Thieve Strike: Steals someones item, and converts it into a random Blaster (Fire, Ice, or Thunder) that attacks the nearest enemy, and uses their special effest upon them(Fire-Burns the enemy and they spin out for a while. Ice- Freezes the opponent, and they stay there for 3 posts. Thunder- Shrinks the enemy and makes them drop their item. Paralyzes them for 1 post)

Partners: Fire Dragon. Special- Fire Blast: Fire Dragon shoots flames at the enemy, and has the same efect as one Red fireball, except 6 fire balls are shot.
Ekquar: Sucks up an enemy, and gets their special. Can be used once per race.
Car: The EFE (Ekquar's Flying Elephant)!
Acceleration: 3/5
Speed: 5/5
Weight: 5/5

(as the race's just a big clog as of now, you can bump anyone into the banana and hake him lose time..)

On the first post, could it be edited to "Fire Dragon" and not "The Fire Dragon"? They're not the same thing. I even made a sprite for Fire Dragon.
Chompmaster and Fire Dragon fly off on the EFE, who is flying low. Chompmaster flys EFE into second place, and grabs an item box. In it is a Green Shell. They shoot and hit Dux, and move up to first place.
