Rules:
Thanks to Dux, and TG here are some new rules...slightly modified.

1. NO ITEMLESS PASSES, for heaven's sake. That is totally unfair for everyone ahead of you. Of course, it shouldn't be always like this. Only if you and your opponent are very close by, you can do an itemless pass.

2. JAY EFFECTS SHALL BE DONE BY TG, AND OCCASIONALLY BY ME

3. NO MORE THAN 3 ITEMS A TURN, ONLY EXCEPTION IS A TRIPLE RED SHELL BOX- And you only get ONE PACK OF THOSE

5. ONE SPECIAL ITEM PER CHARACTER. Each character is supposed to have one, and only one, special item (King Boo and Petey Piranha are a special case). No getting multiple kinds of special items. Stick to your two (in my case, one, since I'm using similar chars) specials.


6. READ OTHER PLAYER'S POSTS. This is essential if you want to stay informed of things. Maybe a Jay effect sent you to 4th, maybe someone used Lightning and you can't run into anyone because you're shrunk. So read.

FANTA MUSHROOM- Same as Golden Mushroom. CAN ONLY BE USED IN 5TH OR LOWER. If I do it higher, then remind me, I might forget.

Btw, I noticed the last level slot in the last cup is still ????. Since I'm the antagonist and all, prehaps it should be my classic, MYSTERY MANOR? [Complete with a dimensional rift].

Since TG Dosn't actally rank, Item laws don't apply to him.

Exactly how it sounds....3rd character, Instead of just Saria and X3, add another.

You might want to put up the "What items in What places chart." I can find my unedited one.

1st:
Green Shells, Bannas


2nd:
1st place's, Plus the fake box.

3rd:
Same as 2nd.

4th:
Blue shells, Redshells, Shrooms, Most Specials*

5th:
Same as 4th

6th:
Star, Tri shrooms, Blue shells, All specials

7th:
Same as 6th plus Lighting

8th:
See 7th

* Do not include Goldshrooms and Chomps.

Note, You can still get most items in any place. There just really rare. However, you cannot, no matter what, get lightning in 1st-3rd, stars in 1st-2nd, and any Mushrooms (Gold inculded) in 1st.
Chomps can only be gotten in the listed areas.

This applys to grand prix only. (Which is what your playing.)

Okay, scrap Mario and Luigi.

Team Name: Mystery Hunters

Driver: Samus Aran
Special: Missile
Fires a missile that greatly slows down the next or prev player.

Thrower: Meta Knight
Special: Tornado Slash
Creates a small tornado around the kart. The next two items that touch the tornado bounce off. The tornado itself does not harm opponents.

Player Character: Dux
Special: Ghost Attack
It can only be used in conjunction with another item, and it activates when the item hits an opponent. A "Ghost" of the opponent appears, and it gets the same items as that opponent. It carries the items to Dux and disappears afterward. (Note that the item isn't stolen, you keep your item as well.)

Kart: The Spear
A miniaturized version of the Halberd (Meta Knight's airship from Kirby Super Star) with a single round wheel below it (think a mouse's ball).
Speed: 4/5
Weight: 2/5
Accel: 2/5

(Don't mess with these stats too much. It just means I'm faster than other karts, but bounce off much easier.)

BY THE WAY, you people, your final rankings are at the prev cup's topic. Look at them now. X-3 made 3rd, Sar made 2nd, I won.

Okay, people have been quitting a bit too much. Maybe you should open sign-ups a bit more. Shouldn't Chunky join us sometime? How about Intro? He posted in the last topic.

I think Glyph won't join this cup either. Perhaps now that Teeg's doing the Jay effects, he'll consider joining again.

Also, I don't really like the Triple Dash!!! idea. I don't really get me into the kart and going around with my characters. You might want to scrap that.

So, most important, open sign-ups again. Scrap all of the previous racers (except the ones that already reported) and start all over.

You might also want to do a warm-up race worth no points before the cup actually starts, to test cheesiness.

My kart's name is The Spear, not HalBred. Sorry, but that's what I call it.

I made it myself, Updated with all the Items on Dre's list. (Except Bowser shell, since thats Cornell's special) Also, I added the Specials that weren't being used with slight varitions, listed below. (Chain Chomp was not inculded. Why? Because Posts like, "I get a chain chomp and zoom all the way to 1st and kill everybody would happen.)

FireBall Red: Normal fireball weapon, no changes.

FireBall Green: Only shoots 3 balls, die out when they hit something, but not until then. (I.E. Long range-less spread fireball)

Birdo Egg: Dosn't track. OTherwise the same.

Yoshi Egg: Same as normal

Heart shield: Same as Peachs, makes one or two hearts Depending on were you got it at.

Giant Bannana: Same

Also, one I made up,

3 Bannana Spread: Shoot 3 bannanas AT ONCE. Unlike 5 Trail which you can set at will.

Of course, If Andre says this is all Ok.

Let's get on with this quick. Do some advertising, PM Sar or something. And PM Beam as well.

A'ight, I guess I'll join up...

Introbulus: Special Weapon- Lightning Gun (Shoots the player ahead of you, affecting them as lightning would)

Jim: BIG fireball (Shoots forward a fireball that explodes on impact like a bob-omb, having the same effect)

Kart: The SUPER Station Wagon- A car styled like a normal ol' Station Wagon, has suprizing speed and acceleration, but is relatively weak to most Karts. Has okay, but not great traction.

That's a cheap kart. A kart usually has either good speed or good acceleration, or average on both. This is because weight is just as beneficial to you as disadvantageous: Weight helps you bump other karts out of the way, but, as a compensation, you lose a lot of speed when you go off track, and it's much easier to go off track with a heavy kart. Light karts are pretty much the other way around.

EDIT: Your special... That's an awesome idea! Sounds quite cool! Not so with Jim's special, which seems a bit cheesy. It's better than a Bob-Omb when it's not supposed to. Weaken it a bit or something.

A'ight, here's Jim's NEW attack...

Dark Portal: Kart becomes surrounded by a black aura. Those who are touched by the aura go back two places in the race. It also increases the Kart's speed.

And the Kart shall have slightly better than average speed, but slightly lower than average acceleration.
