Here's the official topic for the NC Election 2004 General Election campaign.

The list of candidates who are running are -

Candidates
Bill Moose Party - Bill the Extra Guy
Retro Activists - Yoshi
Neglectocrats - Captain Churro
Radical Extremists - Bowser
Subconians - Dr. Donez

Right now, there are no announcements for running mates. The candidates are free to announce their running mate whenever they want, in this topic, to make it official. You are pretty free to pick whoever you want to be your running mate, but be warned that I may veto your choice if I don't feel it is appropriate. But try to pick a running mate you feel will help you win.

Heh...dun' worry Jay. I'll draw up a poster announcing Bowser's running mate when I get to my sprites at home. Xp Heh....I'll be sure to take a good shot at the presidency myself.

Yoshi: Well, I don't want to tell you too much. But of course we will keep on updating every second day. This part of my campaign has mainly pleased the people.
Poser: What happens if Romplayer hasn't the time to update the campaign?
Yoshi: Everybody understands and accepts that Reallife is more important than this election. If Romplayer can't update, he can't. Then Yoshi News are just moved to another date. No problem.
Orlando: What type of ideas for the upcoming month do you have mainly?
Yoshi: I have tons of ideas for new posters. They are so many, I think I can't show you all of them in this month. But perhaps we will bring out Yoshi-News DAILY for some time to show you all the things I've got.

The whole point of the Runing mate idea is to give one of your opponents an extra chance and to help you with your comic quota. After not being picked, Waluigi has decided that he work for ANYONE who wants him to be their running mate(even Yoshi)

...Not really. That's just an optional thing. A running mate is just the character you want to be vice president. It's also helps to gather more support for the president. I asked Jay about this already. Iz' all cool.

Yoshi won by a huge landslide, Bowser won by a smaller landslide. PLUS Waluigi was second, and got a lot of votes. Besides, if you read the topic properly, Waluigi didn't care which party he was in AND I've spent so much time and effort doing the Primary's, its not fair that I don't get through because BOWSER chose an inanimate object to help him do his campaign. *Goes off and sulks*
