I've got something to add to this list.

Watching the guy relieve himself in the intro to Resident Evil 4.

Yup, you see a guy take a pee by the side of the road in the intro to Resident Evil 4. All you see is his back, but all the motions and positions are there.

p0rn Sigma, the Rafflesian transformation for Axl, now this. I'm beginning to question Capcom's sanity again.

Where are these lemmings going? The Super Nintendo Super Shire! Hop in line and follow them there!

Keep questioning the sanity. MMX8 had a boss named Bamboo Pandamonium, whose "Black or White" attack is very very nasty to watch.(Let him hit you with it once to find out why. P0RN PANDAAAAA!!!!) Capcom has lost its one and only mind...
