That I stole from Penny Arcade...heh.

http://www.smbhq.com/nc/shortm.html

Let me know if there are any problems.

The hardest part was naming some of the comics that didn't have titles.

Let me know if any of the titles are so stupid, they have to be changed or the world will end.-jay

Well... sorry to tell, but I liked the old one better
Normal links are easier to navigate.
What's the advantage of the new system?

But heh, titles are good!

Hm...good point.

The reason I changed it was I thought that the old page where I had all of the links was getting kind of large. It seemed sort of silly. It would have just kept getting bigger and bigger as time went on.

I thought that the dropdown box would look nicer.

But yeah, the titles were really needed. Without adding the titles, it was impossible to find an old short you were looking for... I know I was having problems, heh.

But yeah, if you all perfer the link format, I can change it back.-jay

Why don't you just make two cols?
But I don't think that would be a good idea.

Where's the problem with the large site?
Heh, it was still shorter than the NC start page!

I actually prefer the new format, especially the added titles. But yeah in my opinion small pages are almost always better then large ones.

While I prefer this new setup, I find it annoying to have to hit the Back Button to select a new short. Couldn't you just make pages for each of them, then slap the pull down menu at the bottom of each one?

You're just noticing that, Joe?
Yes, the new archive is awesome. Although some shorts already had titles...
Who cares about minor details like that?

I know. I think about half of them had titles. But half of them didn't. And those were kinda tricky to pick titles for, because I didn't want to ruin the joke. The hardest one was the "backwards" joke, heh.

But yeah, everyone say thanks to CK, since it was her complaint that gave me the idea to do this, heh.-jay

Which one do you mean?
The one which is called "A joke"?

You should make the width of the Iframe a bit bigger, so that you don't have to scroll at short #0.

Why is there always a "-" after the titles?

Some suggestions for the titles...
Short #5: Change "Comic" to "comix", because that's how it is written in the short.
Short #8: Just name it "Hurricane". Nobody knows what you mean with Isabel (with only seeing the title.
Short #30: It's "Super Mario Advanced", without the "Bros."! Well, in fact it's also "Advance", without the "d".
Short #38: Call it "Ski Free". Reason: Same as at short #8.
Short #43: I prefer "Uses of hte Deathzooka" or something like that.

An even better suggestion would just to make it variable width (remove the height and width tags or replace the numbers with *)
