I'm not sure about "tiny tacos", but they do have some kind of taco rolls (taquitos) with cheese sauce.

Pidget doesn't sound like penguin to me, but maybe one day there will be Bill & Fred 3D, with a penguin as Bill and one of those ants from Jet Force Gemini as Fred.
