Plus, my forum gets more people than yours. (I kid! I kid! It's just a joke!)

Plus, there are tons of new Mario games for people to potentially talk about in SMBHQ Main anyway. Doesn't the Soccer game come out soon?

Plus, I'm lazy. Heh.

Plus, minus, divide and multiply are all mathematical operations.

Plus, historically, I've let people talk about pretty much "anything" they want to in this forum. I can't remember a single topic that I've moved from NC to a different forum.

But yeah, on topic, I still haven't beaten the first Mario and Luigi RPG yet. I think I'll try to do that before I get the sequel. But the first M&L got kind of boring.-jay
Yeah I remember that was back when I was Insane I'v mellowed out since.

Actually, that desert was kind of hard for me at first. Until I reread the sign that said something about individual pairs. I got the idea to seperate the groups and had the babies activate one statue while the adult Mario and Luigi activated the out-of-reach statue on the other side of the desert. (IT WORKS!) Hope this helps anyone who's still stuck there.

EDIT: On a minor note, as of this writing, I am now in the Star Shrine!

I don't mean to sound like an ass but, reread my post. It says "anyone who is still stuck there". It doesn't just apply to you. But if the main problem you have in the desert is because of the mega annoying enemies or the underground coliseum area than I can understand.

Also, I'm now on the final bosses. Yeah, it appears that the game wasn't made to be all that long. In fact, I'd say that the first game was at least twice this game's length.
I JUST WISH THE GAME WOULD LET YOU SAVE BETWEEN EACH FIGHT!

That's alright. Just a minor misunderstanding.

Well poo, Best Buy didn't have it in yet. Rather than go to Gamestop, I'm holding off on it; I want to get what I can from Best Buy to get those credits to put towards a DS.

Yeah. I know. No game is without its flaws, you know. Not even Symphony (i.e. voicework, ending theme). M&LPiT has a pretty linear story, no sidequests, is short (to me, anyway), and has only two save files. However, the game is good and is worth a good play through. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Best Buy still didn't have it. >:-( I had to find two other $30 games to get that $10 Gift Card.

I know how you feel. My city is always behind on game releases. The game usually doesn't come out until a week or sometimes even a whole month after the rest of the nation gets it! And sometimes, they don't get it at all! My city's arse-backwards... but, for some reason, this particular game came out immediately... I'm so confuuuuused...

Well some other places had it, like Gamestop, but like I said, I want to get what I can from Best Buy to get those points for a DS.

Oh...

Anyway, as of now, I have beaten the game (heh, took me long enough).

I was setting back enjoying the fruits of labor when it hit me. At the end of the credits, you know what it said? Do you remember whenever Nintendo used to "THANK YOU FOR PLAYING" the game? Yeah, instead for all your hard work, you get a big, fat copyright notice that's about three lines long (it's also in big letters so it's hard to miss). So, instead of being grateful that you actually bought the game and played through it, you're given the finger and are treated as a potential criminal. What is up with that? (I first noticed this at the end of Paper Mario 2 and didn't think anything of it until now). With the piracy going around, you'd think that Nintendo would be grateful that people still buy their games, but noooooo. All this time I supported Nintendo and they treat me like that one son who wants his father to die so that he can get his father's fortune, but acts nice to his face. This really burns me up.

Well, yeah. But who knows? They might eventually start saying: "Stop playing and pick out a pair of handcuffs to go with your new orange suit." But maybe I'm being a little paranoid. Still, you have to admit that it's rather odd.

This one? 8/10
First one? 10/10

Although this one needs improvements here and there, it's still a good game.

Say, I'm not the only one who's finished this game, am I?
