Of course they said it was "Law and Order Elmo" (I have NO idea why)

That's pretty....strange. I dont think I want to die. But then again, how could Elmo kill people? He doesnt really seem very...intimidating. I highly doubt he could kill anybody.

Unless of course if he had a large weapon, or something. Then we're screwed.

Maybe it'd be one of those cases where you'd start seeing him everywhere you looked, say peering at you through a window, and the insanity would slowly consume you.
