That'll teach you not only how to put comics up here, but how to make good ones. I suggest you read it, and learn a bit about making comics. 'Cause, no offense, but it sounds like if you were to post a comic, right here and now, it'd be horrible. With most people, their comic characters talk like the authors talk on forums... And good grammar is important in sprite comics.

Also, about Jay putting up fancomics on the site, it's not going to happen. And please, don't stretch the page.

The Cartoon was in Engrish, which is easy enough to understand for those who overuse the exclamation point and leave blank posts, heh.

Rather then use all caps for that reason why not use bold/ Bold stands out really well and it doesn't seem like you're screaming your head off.
