It's nice that somebody actually decided to write something good for once. I was getting tired of the anti-NC stuff going on.

Yeah, I disagree with what he said about Mario Busters. I enjoyed that one. (As you can probably tell from the Theme Song, heh.)-jay

Yeah. It is nice to see someone saying something nice about NC for a change.

Mario Busters was awesome, at least early on, though. And at least in Jay's parts (No offense to Codie, who is doing a great job with the Lemmy series, and did alright with "The day the world got whacked out.") And the Mushroom Wars, particularly Alph's remake, was really good as well.

He was right about NC/SSS being a laughfest, though. -CSM

Ah yes, dusting off the old screenname. It's been a while.

Heloo everyone, I'm Camdawg, and I'm the one that wrote the article blog dealie. I used to bum around VGF way back in the day when the NintendoLand forum was still around (which has fallen off the face of the earth, apparently).

Anyway, I thought maybe I should clarify or revise some of the stuff I said. The reason I said Mushroom Wars had good yet poorly executed ideas was because half of the comic was an actual comic, and the other half was just text, and I thought that was lame. That was actually the only thing I remember not liking about it. I wasn't aware that the remake was continued. I remember seeing the first part of the remake a long time ago, but then I never saw any news about it and thought it got cancelled. Can anyone provide a link?

I looked over Mario Busters again, and I agree with Crazyswordsman that Mario Busters was pretty good in the beginning. However, I think that it kinda went in a downward spiral after the first theme song. The laughs just got fewer and fewer for me and the story just dragged on and on. Maybe it's because I don't know anything about Phantasy Star or my indifference to Lemmings or something. I just didn't really think it was as great as the rest of the stuff on NC. I mean, I even thought the first NC/SSS crossover was better than Mario Busters, and it's the first NC/SSS crossover! Actually, that first NC/SSS crossover wasn't as horrible as everyone said it was now that I think about it. That third episode was meh, but the other three... that is another topic for another time. If it is any consolation, the last episode of MB was pretty good.

And finally CodieKitty. Now, I'm sure that CodieKitty is a very nice and sexy person and she tries really hard to do what she does, but I just don't think she's as good as Jay in my opinion. I went to her site and read her other stuff, and I didn't really think it was that funny. It's probably just personal taste, but that's just how I feel. I hope she didn't get offended or something. I'm sorry if she did.

In any case, thank you all for actually reading it! I now have hope that my site is being seen by someone somewhere somehow.

By "other stuff", do you mean my other sprite comic, or stuff like my Lemmings FOREVER and File Cabinet writings? If the latter, while there isn't much in either of these sections that was even meant to be funny (just an overview of the Lemmings games and poking fun at a man who lost his sense of genius), you didn't even get a giggle out of the "buttress" question of the Tribe Test? Or the Suito Homu article? Wow, then I really suck.

Wow, that's interesting. In my opinion especially the story is the best part of Mario Busters. I personally like MB and think it's the best NC comic (and votes showed that I'm not the only one). The story is exciting and in fact makes sense! I don't like NC/SSS2, because the story is so senseless and it doen't go on for at about 5 parts now. That's poor. I can't find anything similiar to this points in Mario Busters - that's why I love it.
