nc's future depends on us!

yes, there have been great ideas recently, like members doing voices for the NC characters in my flash, and....well, thats pretty much it..
but those are great ideas, NC's future is dying...or not being updated much, lets see, for instance:
Neglected Character News for 2/14/06

Gasp! A new comic! The next part of NC/SSS! GAPS!!! Maybe I'll actually get some inspiration for a Short comic or something this week...

see my point?since jay is not updating much, we need to do something! yet the nc/sss MACH part 12 comic is coming out, its not on the website yet, because jay is distracted by girls (isnt Jay 99?) he might not put it on his web yet for a while.

Ck is updating her website, homestar runner has updated, SMBHQ has..

this topic may be about NC not being updated, but its also about coming up with GOOD ideas, example: I came up with a flash deathmatch. (although it was short and the sprites werent that good on the graphics) the next flash im making is longer and HAND-DRAWN, I'm not using the sprites alot. and its going to be 5 minutes (done with about 3 minutes) and some people wanted to make voices for the NC chraracters somewhere, I think its been removed or something...

anyway, these ideas can be helpful for NC, but Jay is getting near his time, when that time comes, we shall make another NC website, but thats not until a LONG time, and I'll probably forget the idea, ideas like these are going to get NC updated more, and I ask you people, do we need to Help jay update more? yes. do we need to come up with ideas for NC? no. we can do something else in our life, but theres nothing to do anyway.
do we need to live life to the fullest? YES. do we need to stop pollutions? YES. do we need to stop the war in IRAQ? YES! but were getting off the subject, the point is to come up with ideas to help NC a bit.
Jay was going to put in 2 comics on his site, but his computer exploded, I just found this out..

I dont really like the idea of members doing comix for the site. Comix should be STRICTLY for Jay and the people who are supposed to be doing them. If anyone could make official NC comix, then, all the characters would end up being dead within the first month, and we'd have a bunch of viewers in the comix.

That isnt a good thing. Though, about the voices, I think it'd be a great idea. It'd be an oppritunity for members to hear what other members sound like. If you need a female voice, I'd do it...Although you'd have to live with my Australian accent.

However, I dont really think the fate of NC depends on us. It all depends on Jay, and whether he wants to do it, or not. No matter how much fan comix we send him, IT IS HIS SITE. HIS DECISION. The future of NC does NOT depend on us. It depends on the creator. Jay.

The Viewer Comix section has been tried a lot, and it always ends up being a disaster. We dont need a new section for viewer crap. I dont care if we dont get an update for years, I'd rather have a REAL NC comic, then have ones created by sugar-rushed children.

Oh, and good luck with the new flash, and finally getting the old one on the site. I hope it all works out.

Jay has accepted fanstuff in the past, just as long as it's not comics. Like I said, I'm planning on doing some voice acting for older comics. I'll probably have something done by the end of May.

Jay should be done with grad school pretty soon, so he should be updating as soon as his computer is fixed. -CSM

lets come up with ideas already, first, I need some kind of GOOD music in .mp3 format, and let it be legal, its going to be in the "fred's dream" flash.

and the voices would be great! if anyone wants to record their voices, which they will, I hope, at least its a great idea.

Topics like this don't advance NC. People who make the comics do. Which means that, should I ever be inclined to aid Jay, I would probably do so in a comic-y fashion like Chunky there.

...And before anyone says 'no Fan Comix', I'm not a fan, I'm a SMBHQ staff member.

However, since my talent is lacking and my interest isn't too high, I remain at the mail bag and the SSQ. And SSS. And Ogs. (By the way, Sean, when will you do the next mailbag? I mailed you my stuff.)

as for me, I want to become a staff member, but how do I join the yahoo group?
I want to make flashs for smbhq, I can even make the opening flash that you see when you enter smbhq! but not like that vgf one I tryed to make, first tell me how to join the yahoo group.
