No, Monty Python is great. CSM, however, referenced MP in the comic. Grue references would make it worse than having MP references.

Shine dude, did you even read my posts? Grues would make it worse because they're overdone. Monty Python references are also overdone, though not as overdone as grues, and CSM obviously referenced MP in his comic. Referencing grues would make the comic more horribly cliched and therefore worse.

SL128's comic is, in my opinion, the worst one so far. Mainly because I can't see it.

Example: Sammy Bird and Some guy are in a cave, and there are 4 pairs of eyes. Match is lighten, and....AAAUUUGHH! GRUES!

No, that's not how it works. Although you're right that Grues should only show up in the dark, when playing a game such as Zork or similar Choose Your Own Adventure game, or the Thingy game, Grues can show up whenever. -CSM
