Jay's perfectly active, just in my chat room instead of anywhere near NC...

I could post here more, at least people who don't understand the words I use are less likely to respond. But from the point of view of somebody who never posts in this forum, things like 'The Thingy' are a waste of space and this area is filled with people unlikely to read anything serious I type.

Short of an NC update, some perhaps more hard-hitting things than random gibberish would spur some activity, and not the kind which includes pushing the 'Post Reply' button over and over again.
