As your Toads explore, they meet a troupe of performers. It seems that they were friends with the girl you had found yesterday, and she decides to stay with them, wandering around the world. They give the other Toad 33 coins as thanks. (You lost one Toad, but gained 33 coins. It was an unlucky draw, but I tried to make it seem the least tragical.)
Notes: In the second-to-last step, you added 26 coins where you should have added 24. The remaining calculations were correct.

The Goombas run into an explorer in need of help, and aid him in mapping out the region. In return, he gives them 24 coins, and warns them about a nearby town infested with piranha plants. (You may now attempt to destroy the piranhas... as soon as the rules for combat are up.)
Notes: To help resource gathering, one of the Goombas went into the Bonus level. You can read more about that in the first post, under "Buildings".

Koopas 1 and 2 use all their energy to gather resources, while 3 uses 3 points for resource gathering, the rest of the energy is used for research on technology, and then use the 30E to be able to acquire Masonry.
